Data marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory in order to enable the relevant processing to take place.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<strong>PURPOSES, LEGAL BASIS AND DATA RETENTION:<\/strong>\r\n<table style=\"height: 810px;\" width=\"551\">\r\n<tbody>\r\n<tr>\r\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\" width=\"168\">Purposes<\/td>\r\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\" width=\"155\">Legal basis<\/td>\r\n<td width=\"189\">\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Data retention<\/p>\r\n<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<tr>\r\n<td width=\"168\">(1) evaluating the possible establishment of an employment or collaboration relationship<\/td>\r\n<td width=\"155\">processing is necessary for the performance of precontractual activities<\/td>\r\n<td width=\"189\">for a maximum of 1 year after the end of the Job selection procedure<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<tr>\r\n<td width=\"168\">(2) accurately assess the position to be proposed to the candidate<\/td>\r\n<td width=\"155\">processing is necessary for the performance of precontractual activities<\/td>\r\n<td width=\"189\">for a maximum of 1 year after the end of the Job selection procedure<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<tr>\r\n<td width=\"168\">(3) acquiring further information about the Job Candidate&#8217;s personal situation and skills<\/td>\r\n<td width=\"155\">processing is based on the consent of the data subject<\/td>\r\n<td width=\"189\">for a maximum of 1 year after the end of the Job selection procedure<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<tr>\r\n<td width=\"168\">(4) assess the candidate&#8217;s inclusion in the categories under the Law (L. n. 68\/1999)<\/td>\r\n<td width=\"155\">Processing is based on the consent of the data subject<\/td>\r\n<td width=\"189\">until the termination of the Job selection procedure<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<tr>\r\n<td width=\"168\">(5) recording of job interviews remotely to allow subsequent evaluation of the Job Candidate&#8217;s interview by the managers<\/td>\r\n<td width=\"155\">Processing is based on the consent of the data subject<\/td>\r\n<td width=\"189\">for a maximum of 6 months after the end of the Job selection procedure<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>DATA PROCESSING:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The processing of personal data will be based on principles of fairness, lawfulness, and transparency, protecting the confidentiality and rights of the data subject by means suitable to guarantee the security of the personal data processed.<\/p>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>CONSEQUENCES OF NOT SUBMITTING YOUR DATA:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The processing of personal data indicated as mandatory (*) is necessary to fulfill the purposes indicated above: failure to provide such data will result in the impossibility of processing. The provision of other personal data is optional. Failure to provide such further data may result in the impossibility of proceeding with the selection of the Job Candidate or in an error in the employment relationship.<\/p>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>SPECIAL CATEGORIES OF DATA FOR THE SELECTION OF SPECIAL CATEGORIES UNDER THE LAW:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The Job Candidate is requested not to provide special categories of data, except for those belonging to a special category to manage administrative, fiscal and organizational activities for possible training courses. Other data belonging to that category will not be taken into consideration, will not be stored in the management system, and will be destroyed. It should be noted that data relating to belonging to special categories or other data that may be provided will not be a means of discrimination for selection purposes.<\/p>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>CATEGORIES OF SUBJECTS WHO CAN PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA:<\/strong><\/p>\r\nWithin the limits of the obligations, tasks or purposes indicated above:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>\u2022 personal data will be processed exclusively by employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, as well as by third parties appointed as Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 GDPR, in compliance with the provisions of the law also with regard to security measures to protect and safeguard the data<\/li>\r\n \t<li>\u2022 the data will not be disseminated in any way, except with the consent of the data<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nThe list of Data Processors can be requested to the Data Controller.\r\n\r\nThe Data Controller may communicate personal data to third parties, qualified as Independent Data Controllers, for the sole purpose of implementing legal obligations, including for example:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>\u2022 public and private entities, also following inspections or audits (e.g. Tax Authorities, Social Security Agencies);<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nsubjects who can access the data by virtue of legal provisions (e.g. Tax Police Bodies, Judicial Authorities).\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>CROSS-BORDERS DATA TRANSFER:<\/strong><\/p>\r\nPersonal data shall be transferred, where foreseen by the technological tools used, to Third countries considered adequate by the EU Commission, or in any case to entities that have entered into Standard Contractual Clauses or other mechanisms of compliance for the extra-EEA transfer of personal data.\r\n\r\nFor further information you can always contact the Data Controller\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS<\/strong>:<\/p>\r\nThe Job Candidate may, at any moment, exercise the rights provided by the EU Reg. 2016\/679. In particular, the right to:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>\u2022\u00a0 access to his\/her personal data;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>\u2022\u00a0 to obtain the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns him\/her;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>\u2022\u00a0 to oppose to the processing activities;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>\u2022\u00a0 to the portability of his\/her data;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>\u2022 to revoke the consent, if allowed: the revocation of the consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing activities based on the consent given before the revocation;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>\u2022\u00a0 to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
