Our integrated quality and safety management system aims to orient processes towards these key points by using procedures and monitoring indicators as valid tools for guiding and supporting company decisions.Monitoring and assessment of the supply chain, feedback on customer satisfaction, periodic internal and external audits, analysis of anomalies, setting of corrective/preventive action plans, analysis of effectiveness are key tools that allow a constant improvement of the services provided to our customers.

In 2001, Cisa began the process of achieving certification, starting with the ISO 9001 system and extending the range of OHSAS 18001 standards over time. All our operating sites are certified on both systems.

Until achieving in 2021 the transition from OHSAS 18001 to ISO 45001, the international standard of the norm that specifies the requirements for a health and safety management system in the workplace.
