Academy
“Prevention is better than cure”
To ensure safety in the workplaces where we operate and to share our knowledge and experience, all our operators receive advance training on safety regulations, the use of equipment, and the risks associated with their work environments.
This is made possible in part by forklift driving simulators, through which we train new operators under the guidance of instructors with extensive real-world experience, immersing them via VR in simulated warehouse environments and on the specific equipment they will use for various material-handling tasks.
People
We are a group of over 300 people, mostly logistics specialists, mechanics, and cross-functional roles such as quality and safety technicians and staff members.
We work together in every production process, with a thorough understanding of the relevant industry standards and the ability to operate all types of industrial equipment.
Vehicles
Our company fleet currently consists of more than 350 motor vehicles and over 300 industrial trailers, including forklifts of various load capacities, self-propelled vehicles, loaders, wheel loaders, roll trailers, etc.
For every steel product and warehouse in which we operate, we provide the most suitable vehicles and equipment to ensure safe material handling, minimizing travel distances and maximizing the efficiency of both transport and storage.
Equipment
We research, design, and manufacture all types of product-specific and material-handling equipment with the support of our partner, La Cisa Technology.
Industry engineers who manufacture and certify this specialized equipment, thanks in part to a strong partnership with forklift and reach stacker manufacturers who are now our customers.
Telemetry
In-house developed software and management platforms that provide us—and the client for whom we manage the steel—with all types of information regarding material handling.
Personal tracking devices worn by ground personnel or other nearby equipment, monitoring and tracking the tonnage handled to gather information, generate reports, and, of course, streamline the entire logistics process.
Maintenance
The management of the entire vehicle fleet also includes maintenance: preventive, routine, and major.
The team of specialized mechanics performs maintenance 365 days a year, thereby ensuring the reliability and continuity of a comprehensive service.
Logistics Layouts
We offer practical solutions to reduce costs and optimize resources, starting with the mapping of all IN, OUT, and WIP product flows, as well as all operational times for production, transportation, loading, and unloading, and culminating in the redesign of the layout based on logistics analysis and the feasibility of the production site.
